Welcome to BOLO.INSTINCT. These terms govern your access to the free PSEB learning resources, BOLO.IM, BOLO.Med and BOLO.Games. BOLO.IM and BOLO.Med are adult-only beta study tools, and BOLO.Bachgaye is a beta game. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Medical and professional disclaimer

Not medical advice. All content on BOLO.INSTINCT, BOLO.IM and BOLO.Med is strictly for educational and test-preparation purposes. This includes clinical vignettes, flashcards, explanations, laboratory reference values and diagrams. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and must not be used for patient care.

No provider relationship. Using this service does not establish a doctor–patient relationship. Healthcare professionals and medical students must rely on their own clinical judgment and their institution’s official guidelines when treating actual patients.

Independent project. BOLO.INSTINCT is an independent, personal project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any hospital, university, healthcare system or employer. It is also not affiliated with the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM®) or the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). ABIM® and MCAT® are registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe the examinations this material helps you study for.

2. Free beta access

BOLO.IM and BOLO.Med are currently free educational betas; BOLO.Bachgaye is a free game beta. There is no checkout, payment, subscription or paid license for these tools. A private invite code is checked online when you enter and is not saved in your browser. No account is created, and access must be entered again on a new visit or after a reload.

• Code verification requires an internet connection. The code is checked by a rate-limited Netlify function and is not stored as a browser credential.
• The invite code is a private entry step, not a guarantee of confidentiality or a security boundary. BOLO.INSTINCT may change or retire codes or close a beta at any time.
• The beta access check is for managing early access, not a guarantee of privacy for content or a security boundary. Do not enter sensitive or confidential information into the apps.

Saved progress, save points and backups

Every BOLO app includes 4 “Memory Slots”. Progress autosaves continuously in your browser. You can also make a manual save point for each slot (“Save now”, or Ctrl/⌘+S). Each slot keeps that save, the previous one, and an automatic undo copy taken just before any save is loaded. You can also download backup files.

• Stored only on your device. Autosave data, save points and backup files are kept in your browser or in files you download. We do not hold a copy and cannot recover lost or damaged progress. Clearing site data, private/incognito windows, browser storage limits (for example, Safari may remove data from sites you have not visited for a while), resetting a browser, or losing a device can erase both autosave and save points. Keeping a backup file somewhere safe is your responsibility.
• A save never contains a beta code. The code is checked for entry and is not written into save points, backups or exported files.
• Restoring on another device. A backup file restores study progress only. Enter your private invite code again when opening a beta on another device or browser.
• Separate learners. Memory slots let learners keep separate progress on a shared device. Each learner is responsible for their own study progress and use of the site.
• Integrity checks. Save points and backup files carry a checksum. A file or save that fails the check is refused rather than loaded, to protect your current progress. Checksums detect accidental damage only; they are not encryption. Do not edit save files by hand.
• No warranty. The save system is provided “as is”, as described in section 8. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost study progress.

3. Intellectual property and originality

All questions, passages, clinical vignettes, explanations and flashcards are original educational materials developed by BOLO.INSTINCT, and are © 2026 BOLO.INSTINCT, all rights reserved. Some lessons link to or embed third-party works, such as YouTube videos, open textbooks or credited images; those remain the property of their owners.

• No recalled content. None of the material is copied, reconstructed or recalled from any official examination. This includes the ABIM examination, the ACP Internal Medicine In-Training Examination (IM-ITE), the MCAT, official AAMC practice products, and any other confidential examination or commercial question bank.
• What you may not do. You may not scrape, bulk-download, copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the site. You may not use the content to train or build AI models or other products. Students and teachers may print or share links to the free PSEB lessons for personal or classroom study, without charge and with credit to BOLO.INSTINCT.
• Reporting. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, or that an item resembles confidential exam content, contact us (see §11). We will review it and remove it if appropriate.

4. AI-assisted content and accuracy

Some clinical vignettes, flashcards, explanations, translations and lesson materials are generated or refined using artificial intelligence and then edited. We strive for accuracy and alignment with current guidelines, but medical and scientific knowledge evolves quickly, and errors, omissions or outdated statements are possible. Verify important information against primary literature, current clinical guidelines, official syllabi and textbooks. Please report errors so we can fix them.

5. Free access

BOLO.INSTINCT's PSEB resources, BOLO.IM and BOLO.Med, and the BOLO.Bachgaye beta are provided without charge. No purchase, payment information, donation or subscription is required to use them. BOLO.INSTINCT is an independent personal project, not a registered charity or non-profit organization.

6. Acceptable use and eligibility

• The free PSEB Content may be used by learners of any age. Students under 18 should use it with a parent’s, guardian’s or teacher’s awareness.
• BOLO.IM and BOLO.Med are adult-only study tools. You must be at least 18 years old and confirm this in the app’s access screen before each visit.
• Do not interfere with the beta access service, the site’s operation or use automated tools to access content.

7. Modifications and service availability

We may update, improve, modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including individual questions or beta access. While our apps are designed to work offline once loaded, code verification and the protected BOLO.Bachgaye game require an internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that hosting will remain available indefinitely.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOLO.INSTINCT and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, study progress, examination outcome or opportunity, arising from your use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those places, these limits apply only as far as the law allows.

9. Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
